Curriculum

The “SHE Is Me” curriculum is designed to foster personal development through a focus on Awareness, Skills, and Well-being (ASW), offering a well-rounded approach to mentoring. Over a span of ten months, students explore a variety of themes critical to their growth, both personally and within their communities. Each month centers on a specific topic, such as:

  • Goal setting

  • Mental health

  • Leadership

  • Financial literacy

  • Creativity, and more.

  •

These themes are introduced through engaging activities that not only teach valuable skills but also provide opportunities for self-reflection and personal assessment. Throughout the program, measurable outcomes ensure that students can apply what they learn. Each module is designed to enhance essential life skills while promoting teamwork, confidence, and self-awareness.

The program also emphasizes creativity and self-expression, with activities that allow students to explore different forms of art and communication. The year culminates in a comprehensive reflection, where students review their achievements, showcase their work, and set new goals for the future. The curriculum’s focus on continuous growth and development ensures that students leave the program equipped with practical skills and the confidence to pursue their aspirations. Through the ASW approach, our SHE Is Me curriculum provides a structured yet flexible framework, allowing each student to flourish at their own pace while building a foundation for long-term success.
